STRUCTURAL WELDER/FAB. (LVL 1)

Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience in structural steel welding or fabrication (school or jobsite training acceptable).
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with MIG and Flux-Core processes; able to read shop drawings and welding symbols.

As a Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator with a specialist focus on stairs, railings, and bespoke projects, you'll dive into a role where your skills will craft the infrastructure of tomorrow’s architectural masterpieces.

What You Will Bring to Our Vision:
Relevant Experience: 5 years of experience in miscellaneous metals fabrication.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in crafting stairs, railings, and custom metalworks.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, and hands-on experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless project execution.
Communication: Outstanding communication skills and ability to foster teamwork.
Safety Commitment: An unwavering commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workshop.
Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and capability to excel in a practical, shop-supervised welding test.
ERECTOR
You will play a crucial role in the construction of our projects, responsible for the proper assembly and installation of steel components according to blueprint specifications and safety regulations.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in structural steel erection.
Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of blueprint reading, steel fabrication methods, rigging, and crane operations.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
Safety Commitment: Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a shop-supervised welding test.
